The Trouble with Jessica
AroView: A British double-couple dinner party movie for adults that skews into a gnarly black comedy on account of the behaviour of a self-invited guest called Jessica, which further complicates the financial predicament of the hosts.
To say more would be to spoil unpredictable events best savored, but it will have some howling with mirth and leave others mouth’s agape. Shirley Henderson, Alan Tudyk, Olivia Williams and Rufus Sewell all do great ensemble work, with Game of Thrones’ Indira Varma cast as the gloriously ghastly fifth wheel.
