Kingpin
AroView: A long lost low-budget gem from the mid-80s local cinema boom about a group of polynesian juveniles who experience bonding, rivalry and violence at a child welfare training facility. The budget constraints are evident, but it’s a gritty and endearingly performed drama by a charismatic young cast.
“Tough minded it may be, but the compassion of Kingpin’s outlook is touching.” ~COSTA BOTES, THE DOMINION
